Do dermatologists have ';tools and technology'; to remove blackheads?

I have a lot of blackheads that I have tried getting rid of with countless over the counter products (including retin-a) and have tried different things and none of them have worked. They seem so embedded that the only way is to have them extracted. Do dermatologists or cosmetic specialists have tools or lasers or something that will pull out blackheads or strip down the skin enough to work them out?? I'm looking for a straight forward answer from someone who knows and not from someone just speculating. Please, no links. I can search the topic myself. Thanks!Do dermatologists have ';tools and technology'; to remove blackheads?
To save money, go see an Aesthetician/Esthetician/Facilist. Get a deep-pore facial with extractions. They can recommend a skin care routine to lessen your breakouts. The dermatoligist's are not bad but your 1st stop should be your local facilist. If they can't help you they'll be happy to refer you to a dermatologist.Do dermatologists have ';tools and technology'; to remove blackheads?
